Hi, I’m Nikki Lang. I like to think of myself as a teacher in one form or another—

 

My journey has a few plot twists, but I have always come back to the art and privilege of teaching.

It wasn’t until 2018 (after 8 years of teaching) that I found my niche—yoga therapeutics. Aligning the mind, body, breath, and HABITS to re-orient ourselves towards a more joyful and efficient life. This angle of a yoga practice allows me to work with students of all abilities—from the catastrophically injured to the most expert athlete. Teaching the teenager surviving disordered eating, to guiding your parent through a specialized session for back care.
